OPERATION SHOW OUR LOVE

PROUDLY SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS OVERSEAS

ITEMS NEEDED FOR TROOPS
The most needed items right now:
May 1-
We are in desperate need of individually packaged snacks like granola bars, cookies, nuts, etc.  The troops put these items in their vest and pants pockets and take with them on missions since no prep is needed...
And as always, DVD movies-old OR new, Beanie Babies or any other small stuffed animals and toys like Matchbox cars.
Please no chocolate now as it's VERY hot already.....

November 14
- Sweat pants size L-XL, baby powder and foot powder for wounded troops in the hospitals in the region.  ATT phone cards so they can call home to their families.
Soccer balls.  As many as we can get!  Maj. Sonny Lee believes that if the soldiers can give things to the teenage boys, prove they care about them, and have open dialog with them, he believes we can keep them from joining the insurgents!
